Complete with a fireplace, air conditioner and access directly onto the verandah, this space is the heart of Hamilton House.

Designed as a space to enjoy good food, drink, and quality time with friends and family.
Centred around a hardwood-topped bar, the generous dining room and
comfortable lounging and entertaining area will bring everyone together.
After dinner, spend the night sharing laughs around the vintage pool table.
BEDROOMS & OFFICE
Hamilton House offers up to 5 queen bedrooms, as well as an office space, giving ample sleeping options for families or groups of friends looking to get away for the weekend. The rooms are large, comfortable and have plenty of natural light - the master being flooded with golden rays at sunrise.
BATHROOMS
Two newly-renovated bathrooms that combine country style with a modern finish.
The first bathroom has a large shower, freestanding bathtub, with a separate vanity and toilet for convenience. The second bathroom has a large shower, vanity and toilet.
VERANDAH & OUTDOOR
Hamilton House is set on a 2.5 acre block and boasts a large timber verandah on three sides, perfect for a cuppa' at sunrise or a BBQ in the evening. Stairs from the back verandah lead to a flat grassed area perfect for lawn games in the summer, with an outdoor fire pit provided for the cooler seasons.
