Minimum booking requirement of up to four people for at least 2 nights:

Maximum 10 guests per booking.
A cleaning fee of $170 applies
to all bookings.
To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required by direct deposit. The balance is payable at least 7 days prior to occupancy.
For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, we keep the total deposit.
Bookings are unavailable within
three days of booking date.
